integrateSummary: We are looking for a responsible Nurse Practitioner to support the doctorsxe2x80x99 work and actively facilitate patient care. The APRN functions to assist the physician in the delivery of oncology and hematology medical care; obtain historical/physical data on patients; interpret and integrate findings to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic treatment; assist in the management of treatment plans; provide technical assistance and assurance of patient care; provides hospital coverage on an on-call base when required; follows all applicable company policies; maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors, and fellow employees; practices under supervision and guidance of the physician Skills: Proven work experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination, therapy, and outcome Critical thinking and fund of knowledge Decision making Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Caring and compassionate Team player with good communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Two years of work experience as a APRN One year of oncology/hematology experience One year of hospital experience as a APRN Job Requirements: Masterxe2x80x99s degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program Current Kentucky APRN licensure Must have or obtain prescriptive authorization Maintain current CPR/BLS certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Oncology Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
