OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various clinical settings within our practice . Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including medical history and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings for acute/ chronic injuries and illnesses or diseases. Perform advanced clinical procedures such as suturing and other necessary interventions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice to enhance service for our community. Experience Previous experience in a family practice setting is preferred. Having an independent APRN license and DOT certification is a plus. Providing essential health care for patients of all ages is required. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively with others is essential.
