Job Opportunity: NP/RN Aesthetic InjectorWe are looking for a dynamic NP/RN with a strong background in certified injection of neuromodulatorsxc2xa0(such as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (including Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane). The ideal candidate should possess experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge in aesthetics, combined with a sales-oriented and goal-driven mindset. This individual will also have the capability to lead our aesthetic team effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all medical services and treatments offered at our med spa, addressing any adverse reactions or medical complications.- Ensure detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient consultations.- Collaborate with our medical director to communicate treatment plans and oversee aesthetic procedures performed by aestheticians.Desirable Qualities:- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.- Earn the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.- Proficiency in implementing efficient processes to enhance service delivery, with a commitment to continuous improvement.- A passion for learning and a strong desire for professional growth.- Collaborative spirit, working harmoniously with all staff to achieve team objectives.Duties Include:- Conduct patient consultations to recommend and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.- Perform thorough patient interviews, taking medical histories, explaining risks and benefits, and securing signed consent for procedures.- Administer cosmetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, both independently and under the direct supervision of the Medical Director, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction.- Deliver laser treatments and skin resurfacing procedures, providing the highest level of patient comfort and results-driven care.- Maintain precise documentation for all procedures and treatments performed.If you are a skilled injector with a passion for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering exceptional care, we invite you to apply and join our dedicated team!Monitor inventory levels of injectables, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate stock.Open to learning new techniques and procedures.Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.Abide by all federal and state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and patient and workplace safety.Obtaining and managing patientsxe2x80x99 hormones and weight-related metrics such as, BMI, BF%, and BMR.Diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and deficienciesPerform physical examinations and diagnostic tests and proceduresDraw blood, order laboratory tests, and evaluate test resultsDevelop treatment plans in collaboration with the physicianPerform hormone pellet insertion proceduresPractice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.Provide excellent customer service experience to patientsProvide technically skilled aesthetic services including but not limited to:Aesthetic Injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRP, etc)SkinPen and RF Microneedling and facial skincare servicesAnti-Aging Medicine ServicesChemical peelsAssisting physician and other providers with aesthetic proceduresTraining of additional staffReview each patient’s records pre and post-treatment and document in EMR.Effectively communicate with the medical director and management.Maintain all equipment, supplies and other procedural equipment to a high standard.Proactively, within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis.Lead and participate in eventsxe2x80x93 both onsite and offsite.Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook marketing posts to deliver business growth.Job Qualifications:Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License issued by the State of DC requiredExperience: 1+ years of experience as an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector and provider, highly preferred.Experience working in a Dermatology, Medical Spa, or Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery setting, preferred.Job Types: Per diem, part timePay: based on experience starting at $45/hr with 10% commissionSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededLicense/Certification:Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)Work Location: In person
