We are located in Albany and Glens Falls, NY markets and are currently searching for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to work at both locations.To excel in this position, you must have good communication skills, be self-motivated, well organized, and willing to provide clients with exceptional customer care. The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner hired for this position should be eager to expand his/her knowledge base to include services and product lines we carry and be comfortable recommending these to meet our clientxe2x80x99s needs.Position Overview:You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while providing compassionate care to our valued clients. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you’ll administer various non-surgical aesthetic procedures, collaborate with our medspa team, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Bring your clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.What We Have to Offer:Comprehensive Training: Receive 4-6 weeks of paid training with an experienced aesthetic professional to ensure you’re equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.Health BenefitsDental InsuranceVision Coverage401(k) planPaid Time Off (PTO)8 Paid HolidaysHourly base plus bonusWork Location:75% in Glens Falls and 25% in AlbanyRequirements:Provide direct patient care, adhering to authorized guidelines and laws.Conduct consultations to understand patients’ aesthetic goals and establish treatment plans.Perform aesthetic procedures such as CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, and Botox, ensuring thorough documentation.Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.Collect photo and video content for social media.Self-promote your aesthetic services and treatments and take ownership in building your client base.Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.Engage in ongoing professional development and training.Qualifications:Valid state licensure as a Nurse PractitionerPrior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers preferred but not required.2+ years of experience working as a nurse and comfortability with needles.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent understanding of dermatology and skincare treatment preferred.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns.Empower Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Join us in our mission to empower individuals to look and feel their best.
