This is the first location that Genesis Lifestyle Medicine opened 15 years ago in the greater Nashville area.Our office focuses on helping patients change their lifestyle for long term results. We are looking for someone who is passionate about guiding patients to long lasting results through our innovative treatment protocols without utilizing surgery. The primary conditions seen are obesity, hormone imbalance and male and female sexual dysfunction. We are seeking an exceptional provider to uphold an excellent standard of care for all of our patients. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to flex their knowledge and move away from insurance companies dictating what care you can give.We Provide:EMRPaid trainingFocus on prevention and lifestyle healthcareCollaborating PhysicianPlenty of AutonomyMalpractice insurancePTOCMEHealth Share programA typical day for the provider may include:-Managing patient records, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting lab work, formulating treatment plans-Administering examinations, treatments or medications and follow up consultations- Operating medical equipment and monitoring the results- Helping patients understand their care plan and collaborating with doctors to develop plans that patients are comfortable with.- Provide care for patients under established medical protocolsExperience is preferred, however training will be provided. Aesthetics experience is a plus!Pay: Will be based on experience ranging from $50 to $65 per hour. Expected hours: 28 – 35xc2xa0hrs per weekLicense/Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required) Physician Assistant-Certified (Required) DEA license (Required) Active and unrestricted TN license (Required)Ability to Commute: Nashville, TN (Required) : Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Office hours are Monday 9-6, Tuesday 9-7, Thursday 9-5.
