Job Description :Seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a solo Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice at a top-performing Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility in Greenwood, SC. This Medical Director is searching for a qualified Nurse Practitioner who will:Perform complete physical assessmentsDictate progress notes and discharge summaries dailyOrder and evaluate laboratory and radiology studiesEvaluate and update treatment plans and medicationsCommunicate directly and effectively with patients, families, medical and nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team membersProvide medical treatment and services confidently in conjunction with a physicianSpecific Qualifications include:Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner training program and certification by the State Board of Registered NursingA current license in good standing to practice nursing in the State of South CarolinaPrevious experience with Inpatient medical care for 2 years preferred but will consider a motivated new graduatePrevious Rehabilitation experience preferred but not requiredCompensation/benefits :Excellent compensationGenerous Benefits- PTO, CE Credit, Paid Medical Malpractice Insurance, and 401(k)If you are committed to providing the best and most compassionate care for your patients and you meet these qualifications, we want to hear from you!
