We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.Qualifications:Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Prior experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.Excellent clinical knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treatment procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.Ability to manage time effectively and handle a diverse caseload of 15-20 patients daily.Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.Ability to interpret laboratory resultsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic tests.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions in patients of all ages.Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting lab tests, and providing appropriate referrals to specialists.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.Communicate in an open, respectful, supportive and collaborative manner with all staff and patients.BenefitsPTO & Sick PayHoliday PayRetirement savings plan (401k) with generous employer match.Continuing educationMalpractice insurancexc2xa0We look forward to reviewing your application and discussing how you can contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $106,645.00 – $121,825.00 per year
