Nurse Practitioner White Bear Lake MN (15 miles NE of Minneapolis)Flexible schedule Part timeWe are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in White Bear Lake MN. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis. Our ideal NP is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in regen medicine and/or orthopedics and is interested or aesthetic medicine or bioidentical hormones. Duties:Patient exam/evaluation functional and orthopedic exams (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) training will be providedOrder and review tests/labsDiagnosis and treatment plan formulationPatient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, benefits, and potential risks associated with regenerative medicine procedures.Manage patient care- Provide bracing for patients as neededTreatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections Documentation and progress notesCollaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care and to ensure continuity of treatment plans.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skillsMonitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results.Requirements:Graduation from an accredited NP programNP license in MNOrthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, Regen Medicine or Pain management background is a plusExperience with joint injections a plus Willingness to collaborate with other providers such as physical therapists and chiropractorsSchedule:part time with flexible shiftsCompensation:$60-$65 per hour (DOE)We are looking for a provider who is independentxc2xa0and confident, and willing to work in a complimentary setting providing high quality care with a comprehensive approach.
