Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician/Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team as a collaborating provider. The Provider will play a crucial role in high-quality patient care, focusing on individuals with care needs in medical weight-loss, non-ablative advanced esthetics and tele-health . This position requires a compassionate professional who can work collaboratively with other providers mostly remotely to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are implemented effectively. Duties General Oversight: Procedures and treatments performed at the spa comply with state regulations and medical standards. Supervision: Provide remote or hybridized supervision for non-physician staff, such as estheticians, Nurse practitioners and other practitioners, particularly when it comes to services that require oversight. Protocols and Policies: The medical director co-develops and approves clinical protocols, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure quality care. Training and Education: They may be responsible for training staff on procedures and techniques, as well as staying updated on industry advancements and changes in regulations. Patient Care: May evaluate patients and co-develop treatment plans, especially for patients that require a medical assessment such as blood panels for weight-loss, peptide and IV therapy. Ideally is available for tele-health appointments. Legal Compliance: They ensure that the medspa adheres to all legal and ethical guidelines, including maintaining patient confidentiality and proper record-keeping. Collaboration: Works with other practitioners and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Available for immediate consultation with advanced estheticians by telephone or other communication technology which allows the health care professional and advanced estheticians to communicate in real time Skills- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.- Compassionate approach to patient care, emphasizing empathy and understanding.
