Responsibilities: – Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and diagnose health conditions- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in nursing Experience: – Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)/Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP)- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques and interpretation of test results- Experience in clinical research or participation in research studies is preferred Requirements: – Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in Wisconsin- National certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on current healthcare practices We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for career advancement.
