Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: The APP Telemedicine-NMG provides healthcare to patients with an emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, health maintenance and supportive care in a 24/7 environment. The APP works independently, as well as collaboratively, to diagnose, prescribe treatment, manage and evaluate patient care. The APP functions as an educator, healthcare resource, interdisciplinary consultant and patient advocate.Required: Signed, Collaborative Agreement and valid DEA number if writing prescriptions for controlled substances. Qualifications: Required: Three years as an RN Master Degree National Nurse Practitioner AND Nurse Practitioner Nurse Practitioner (State) Must be licensed as an NP or APRN in both Kentucky & Indiana AND Registered Nurse Desired: One year in specialty area
