Established medical cannabis clinic is seeking an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) for Wednesday/Thursday clinic in Lehi. We are looking for an inspired practitioner with some knowledge of cannabis or a desire to learn, who holds a valid Utah Controlled Substance License, and is promptly able to complete the continuing education required to attain the Qualified Medical Practitioner status required by Utah to certify applications for medical cannabis. We cover the cost of this continuing education and all other operating expenses. Including our cannabis specific EMR, all patient coordination, patient education materials, State of Utah EVS uploads, billing, and everything you need to simply show up and be your best. You should have your own laptop and a curiosity about cannabis medicine. We take care of the rest. It’s ok to not know everything or even anything, really, about cannabis. There is a small body of empirical evidence on the topic, so we are in the age of anecdotal knowledge for the most part. We’ll get you up to speed on the academic literature on the subject, and we’ll be personally available to you and to our patients for maximum flexibility and support. Clinic directorship is a husband and wife team that oversees all office responsibilities and will work alongside you. We respect your time and expertise. We block appointments so you can maximize your efficiency with us and in the rest of your life.
