Currently, we are seeking a board-certified Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us in this mission. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Flexible opportunity for board certified Family and Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform Service Connection Examinations for Veterans, assisting in their VA Benefits Claims. While experience as an NP is preferred, it is not required; what matters most is your dedication to making a difference. Your contributions will play a crucial role in supporting veteransxe2x80x99 future care and access to health services. Our team of experienced providers will support your onboarding and training through an internal peer support system providing real time active direction as you familiarize yourself with VA systems and expectations. As a contracted NP with LLYON Medical, you have the flexibility to design your own schedule, set your hours – 3-5 days a week, Monday through Friday – all while working at our modern offices in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Role Complete a thorough review of digital medical records, conduct a physical assessment based on specific service connection claims and submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review. You are responsible for providing lab orders, assessments, and medical opinions only; after which the VA will review as part of a compensation/pension claim using your provided evaluations.
