Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care and contribute to the overall success of our medical practice. Duties:- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications, including injections, and monitor patient responses- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Conduct utilization reviews to evaluate the quality and efficiency of healthcare services- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner- Specialize in pediatric care, including ophthalmology, and provide age-appropriate interventions- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases in healthcare settings- Provide acute care services to patients with complex medical conditions Skills:- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and practices- Expertise in pediatric care, including experience working with children of all ages- Proficiency in administering injections and monitoring patient responses- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassion and empathy- Experience in utilization review to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as Cerner- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
