We are looking for an experienced Family Practice APRN for our Family Practice/ Acute Care Office, in Orange Park, Florida. About Our Practice: We are primarily a traditional Family Practice that also treats Acute Care, with a genuine focus on our patient’s health. Our practice has been well established for over 35 years and our location and community presence also attracts new patients daily, allowing for a great healthcare provider to quickly build their own patient base. We are located in Orange Park, in the greater Jacksonville area and very close to Fleming Island. We have onsite X-Rays, as well as a procedure room with radio-surgical device for laceration repair, lesion removals, etc. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level provider! Provider Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses. Order x-rays and labs to assist in evaluating and diagnosing illnesses and injuries. Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities. Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist, regarding patient care.
