Job DutiesCreate and implement patient care plans.Perform advanced nursing duties within the boundaries of licensure.Maintain the progress of patients.Perform routine physical exams of patients.Maintain required medical records.Provide clinical direction to lower-level clinical staff.Participate in committees and meetings, as necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.xc2xa0Minimum QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse / RN license in the state of Ohio.Completion of the Nurse Practitioner program and certified by the Ohio Board of Nursing for advanced practice with a valid certificate of authority and certificate to prescribe.Tattoo removal certification.
