NP/PA – Family Medicine in NW OH Job Description: Three years’ outpatient family medicine experience REQUIRED, will not consider anyone with less Adults 18+ years Flexible days and hours No hospital call, “light” phone call 1:3 Full-time, average 25 patients per day Cerner EMR, hospital-employment Hospitalist group admits all patients Join full support staff Seeking long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care Provides both family practice and pediatric care to area residents, regardless of ability to pay. For patient convenience there is an on site laboratory, pharmacy assistance program, social workers and a care navigator.
