Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner, Addiction/ HIV for one of their transitional housing units in NYC.-The units arexc2xa0designated for the underserved who are re-entering society after being incarcerated.-HIV experience and substance abuse a plus- very few HIV cases.-Basic Urgent Care responsibilities.-No sutures/No casting.-there is an MA onsite to do bloodwork.xc2xa0Approx. 135 co-ed residents, will see about 1/4 of the residents as clients. Mostly walk-ins and outreach. Approx 7 visits per day.xc2xa0Requirements:Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the criminal justice field/addiction/HIVSalary:120-130k
