We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this role, under the direct supervision of a physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations-Perform medical work in the examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients in the Nephrology clinic and chronic dialysis unit.- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures- Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR.Requirements:- Valid Nurse Practitioner license, DEA licenses in the State of California- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program- CPR with AED certificate are required-Minimum of one year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner preferred- Proficient in medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.xc2xa0 Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamWe offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as [list any specific benefits offered].
