Nurse PractitionerNavajo Reservation, ArizonaAn northeast community hospital / clinic needs additional, experienced nurses to care for patients in the Family Practice Department during this unique time.3 month contractFull-time.Most weeks should be (5) 8’s but shifts could varyEssential FunctionsConduct assessments of new admissions to document and promote continuity of care within regulatory guidelines.Perform health screenings for children residing with clients in the residential treatment facility.Conduct and document medical assessments including vital signs, TB testing, urine specimen collection, etc.Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of ArizonaCurrent PPD or Chest X-Ray certificationAt least one year of prior professional nursing experience, with preference given to experience in a substance abuse treatment facilityCurrent Fingerprint Clearance cardFirst Aid and CPR certification
