Minimum Requirements:Graduated as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited school Licensed to practice in Texas as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APN) Nurse Practitioner (NP) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant Experience handling complex patient loadsAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) xc2xa0Experience Preferred:Experience with PrEP/HIV/STI Prevention and Treatment 1 year experience in prescribing PrEP regimens Experience working with LGBTQ+ or community health population sExperience with Family Planning, and Healthy Texas Women grants Experience with grant reporting objectives Experience working with EpicMicrosoft office Clinic Hours:xc2xa0Monday-Thursday 8a-7p; rotating Saturdays 8am-2pm (if the Saturday is worked, the following Thursday is 11a-5p)The Mid-Level Provider will be responsible for providing direct patient care, treating/screening HIV and STI patients, reviewing health histories, performing physical examinations, reviewing and ordering appropriate laboratory tests, immunizations, behavior risk assessment, specimen collections, and other duties, as necessary.
