Nurse Practitioners

We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a community health center located 45 minutes outside of Boise. Must have 5 years experience.Relocation + new licensing paid forSign on bonus of $10,000$15 extra per patient seen after 16 patients per day (not required, just an extra incentive)80% of all family medical plans paid for (including health, vision, dental)4% 401k matchYearly paid continuing educationDisability and life insuranceDuties:Provides comprehensive primary healthcare through diagnosis, clinical judgment, and management to enhance health status.Collaborates with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.Acts as an active member of a multi-disciplinary primary care team, supporting patient education and health outcomes.Maintains quality of care through ongoing education, daily improvement, collaboration with specialty services, and connecting patients to appropriate resources.Participates in professional and community organizational meetings and activities.Attends staff meetings, conferences, in-service training, and continuing education sessions.Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, corporate policies, and regulations.Provides on-call coverage and after-hours healthcare services as needed.Adheres to prescription drug control policies and state regulations.Maintains strict confidentiality regarding clinical practice information.
