Bosque Women’s Care is accepting resumes for outpatient nurse practitioner. No call, nights, or weekends. Clinic schedule Monday through Friday 8:30-5.xc2xa0Our practice prides itself on excellent patient care and a team-based approach. The team includes a gynecologic surgeon, two nurse practitioners and two PAs. Our surgeon specializes in minimally invasive surgeries including robotic assisted laparoscopy and in-office hysteroscopy. Our clinic is known for it’s expertise in treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and breast cancer survivor gyn care. Nurse practitioners offer comprehensive contraception care, colposcopy, wellness visits, and managing common gynecology diagnoses. We also offer clinical research studies and have several active trials enrolling participants managed by a dedicated Research Coordinator. We also have a busy in-house ultrasound program managed by the MD and ultrasonographer.Our practice is known as very collaborative and supportive. Providers have monthly Journal Club and Case Conferences to discuss advances in medicine and review more complicated cases as a group. We have a strong emphasis on excellent patient care, both clinically and treating each and every patient with kindness, care, and respect.Job functions include:Work closely in a collaborative environment with MD and NPs and team of excellent medical assistantsProvide outpatient gynecologic care including annual and health maintenance exams as well as problem visits which may include STD checks, contraception, menopause, breast disease, AUB, etc. Procedures could include EMBs, IUD placements, Nexplanon placement, colposcopies etc. for interested/trained providers.Telehealth visits (4-8 hours/week depending on volume)Teaching of patients and staff as needed, as well as NP and PA studentsReviewing test results and working with staff to communicate to patientsCompleting all medical records within an electronic medical record systemRequirements include:Certified Nurse Practitioner License from NM Board of Nursing and Board Certified Nurse PractitionerUnrestricted license and active DEA license1 year of womenxe2x80x99s health experience OR 2-5 years of primary care with emphasis on womenxe2x80x99s healthAbility to work autonomously with appropriate on- or off-site supervision/collaboration from MDPositive, cheerful attitudeProfessional demeanor and dressExperience with computers including electronic medical records, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe PDF documentsBLS required, ACLS preferredPreference to bilingual/Spanish speaking candidatesGenerous benefits include paid malpractice and license renewals, paid vacation, CME allowance, health, vision, and dental benefits, retirement plan with matching, and working in a supportive, family-like environment.Please email cover letter and resume
