We currently have a full-time position with Monday to Friday shifts for working at the Post acute facilities(Rehab’s and SNF’s)If your passion is outstanding patient care, then come work for a promising growing practice such as ours. We also encourage new graduates to apply inconsideration of employment.This position is to round some days at the Post acute setting.Essential Duties:Facilitate new patient consultation and health history.Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients.Prescribes medications in collaboration with the medical provider responsible for the practice.Order, review and interpret test results.Diagnose health problems.Detect changes in patient condition.Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients.Deliver quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.Shares group on call schedule.Education/Experience:xc2xb7 Graduate of an accredited nursing school; graduate of Advance Practice Nursing program; as a Nurse PractitionerGood to have hospital privilegesWork Requirements:Active unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas.Certificate/license to meet individual state practice act.Current DEA registration if applicablePay:xc2xb7 Salary to be discuss during interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000- 135,000Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceMedical specialties:Hospital MedicinePhysical & Rehabilitation MedicineWeekly schedule:Weekends as neededWork setting:In-personLicense/Certification:Acute Care NP – Adult Gerontology (Preferred)Work Location: In person
